Sonoma county housing market

Sales of single-family, re-sale homes in Sonoma County continued to increase in November, up 47.9% year-over-year. Year-to-date, home sales are up 19.7%.

The median price for single-family, re-sale homes in Sonoma County dropped 9.8% from October, and was off 35% year-over-year. The average price for homes fell 11.1%, month-over-month, and was down 38.3% compared to last November.
